- Prior pet approval required. Dogs not allowed in all units.
Current dog friendly units are 4-5, 8, 9, 10, 5C, 7C, 11, 15-16, 17-18, 19 and 22. Call to confirm approval bringing your dog prior to making your reservation. Without prior pet approval, you may be asked to board your pet and you will be responsible for the entire stay if the unit that you reserved is not PET FRIENDLY.
- $20 pet fee per night.
- NO Cats only Dogs under about 30 lbs allowed. Large dogs must be approved and are not allowed in all dog friendly units.
- Vaccinations must be current including bordetella (kennel cough). You may be asked to provide proof of shots.
- Dogs must be free of fleas and ticks.
- Dogs must be crated if left alone in the unit at all times. No exceptions to dog left loose in the unit unattended.
- Dogs must be on a leash if you are outside on the grounds
- Dog owners are responsible for picking up their pet waste. Bring your own baggies to pick up the pet waste.
- Continual barking or bad behavior will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave if your dog barks all the time with no refund.
- Dog owners are responsible for any damage caused by dog to the unit. Your credit card on file will be charged for damages from a pet.
