• You are responsible for all days reserved
• Late arrivals, early departures and no shows will be charged for all days reserved
• Partial non-refundable prepayment required as follows:
            40% on stays of 6 nights or more in season
            50% on shorter stays in season (minimum 1 night)
            50% on off season stays (minimum 1 night)
• Non-refundable prepayments must be received within 7 days if paying by check
• The remaining balance is due upon arrival
• Minimum 3 night stays required in most units in season. Minimum stays may be required in
        some units based on time of year.
• An additional charge of 10% will be added to one night stays
• Rates are higher for shorter stays during peak season.

Since our business depends solely upon seasonal revenue, our reservation policy is intended to be fair to all of our guests. Once a guest reserves a unit, we remove that unit from the market, refusing all other requests for it. All reservations are due in full upon arrival and you are responsible for ALL days reserved.

We are not responsible for fishing conditions, weather conditions or personal emergencies. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for all days reserved . Emergency early departures are non-refundable.

PETS ALLOWED UPON APPROVAL IN SOME UNITS
In some units at $20 per night
Dogs under 30 lbs are allowed in some of our units. Dogs must be crated when left alone and on a leash when on the grounds. You are responsible for any damages from the dog and clean up after the dog. Do not bring a pet without approval so please email us or call us at 417-739-4417 for approval of a dog in a particular unit. Not all units are pet friendly.

CHECK IN--AFTER 3:00 P.M. or LATER(the office is closed on Saturdays in July and August until 3:00 pm)

CHECK OUT--BEFORE 10:00 A.M.
